The Flower Of Life Symbol is an ancient geometric symbol; the earliest known examples were found in Mesopotamia and dated back to 1400BC. Perhaps the most famous representation of the Flower of Life symbol was discovered over a doorway in the Temple of Osiris in Abydos, Egypt and is claimed to be as much as 10,500 years old.

The symbol comprises multiple geometric identical evenly spaced circles that overlap to form a repeating series of flower patterns with six fold symmetry. Each flower contains six identical petals surrounded by a hexagon, and somewhat resembles a honeycomb cell. The centre of each flower is a part of another flower, for the other flowers could not exist without the components of the first. In other words, no single flower in the Flower of Life pattern exists on its own - we are all interconnected.

Each candle contains: Yellow Lotus and Citrine crystals. We suggest that you retain the lid of your candle and continue to use it as a template place your crystals or tumbled stones on its surface to help cleanse and re-charge them with energy. You might also like to reuse your candle container, wash thoroughly after use and store your crystals or jewelry inside, place lid over the contents to cleanse and recharge.
